How To Get Your License

Get a Learner License

  • Be at least 16
  • Pass the theory test
  • Meet eyesight standards

Get a Restricted License

  • Hold learner license for 6 months
  • Pass the restricted driving test

Learn to Drive

  • Take driving lessons
  • Practice with a supervisor
  • Build confidence on different roads

Get a Full License

  • Hold Restricted License for 18 months (or 12 with defensive course)
  • Pass the full driving test
